The Community Foundation Sonoma County provided the Community Network with part of the seed money needed to establish the Journey Project. Community Foundation Sonoma County, with assets exceeding $130 million and more than 450 different funds established by individual donors, community groups and nonprofit organizations, has returned more than $116 million to the community since it was established in 1983.
