Last Acts Partnership

Partnership for Caring, a 66-year-old organization best known for its state-specific advance directives (living wills and medical powers of attorney), consumer education and services to people who are dying and their families and Last Acts, a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded communications campaign that has dramatically elevated awareness and inspired action about needed improvements in end-of-life care, will combine resources and services as Last Acts Partnership (January 2004).
